Business Engineer is simply an add on for the Business Support (make hyperlink back to support page) packages giving you time onsite on a regular basis with one of our Microsoft Certified Engineers, of which we have only the best.

This might take the shape of a clinic day, Onsite Support for the more hands on IT issues you are faced with, installing some new equipment or simply progressing your existing environment. It’s your time to use as you wish. This combined with our expert sounding board service and proven advice will allow for maximum development of your systems .

The more time you add on to your existing support contract the cheaper it becomes, the following is a guide to pricing (each site may vary slightly depending on technical complexity etc):

Business Engineer level 1

½ day per Month onsite time with a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Microsoft Certified IT Professional with skills appropriate to your environment. 

Approx  £249 Per month

Business Engineer level 2

1 day per Month onsite time with a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Microsoft Certified IT Professional with skills appropriate to your environment.   

Approx £475 Per month

Business Engineer level 3

2 days per Month onsite time with a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Microsoft Certified IT Professional with skills appropriate to your environment.   

Approx £875 Per month

Business Engineer level 3

2 days per Month onsite time with a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Microsoft Certified IT Professional with skills appropriate to your environment.   

Approx £875 Per month

Business Engineer level 4

4 days per Month onsite time with a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Microsoft Certified IT Professional with skills appropriate to your environment.

Approx £1499 Per month
