We like to think of our product matrix similar to that of a mobile phone company.. a basic contract to cover the realistic aspects of your support and then ?bolt-on? products that fit directly with your specific needs. Unfortunately with most IT support companies you ultimately end up paying for things that you don?t use or need!
We can and usually do, make a support contract fit you and your business needs exactly. The options below are only a guide and you are free to add or remove any items as you see fit.
